I am a researcher specializing in economic sociology, sociology of labor, and political economy. My research interests include social inequality, the social consequences of neoliberal reforms, the social implications of digitalization and artificial intelligence, labor and employment, quality of working life, social policy, and comparative socio-economic development.
I hold a PhD in Sociology and have authored more than 50 scholarly publications, including books, book chapters, and articles published in international peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus and WoS. I regularly present my research at international conferences and actively participate in international academic collaboration.
